No Human Access
No one at Klaio reads your messages, emails, or Telegram conversations. Your AI agent processes your requests in real time and stores no data on our servers. We literally have no access to what you say to your agent.
End-to-End Encryption
All communications between you and your agent travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted form and are never exposed in plain text.
No AI Training on Your Data
Your conversations are never used to train artificial intelligence models. We use the professional APIs of our AI providers, who contractually guarantee that your data is not used to improve their models.
GDPR Compliance
Klaio is fully GDPR-compliant. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by writing to hello@klaio.ai.
Secure Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is hosted in France by certified providers. Access is protected by strong authentication and access logs are regularly audited.
